Where is Storage Zone located?
Do you serve any other communities?
->We sure do! Thanks to our top location, Storage Zone is also the number one facility throughout Nashville, Rocky Mount, Lucama, Kenly, Elm City, and their surrounding communities.
What times are you open for access?
->Sunday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Do you close for any holidays?
->Our facility only closes on the following days:
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
- July 4
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- New Year’s Day
What are your security features?
->Storage Zone features onsite staff, resident managers, perimeter fence, and state-of-the-art surveillance cameras.
Is drive-up access available?
->It sure is. Storage Zone is spacious enough that you can drive up to your unit and and unload your belongings.
What vehicle parking do you have?
-> We only allow vehicles to be stored in outside units 10x20 and up. Customers can call at the office to see what's available.
Do you sell boxes and supplies?
->Yes, boxes and other handy supplies are available to buy at Storage Zone.
Do you offer truck rental?
->That’s right. U-Haul truck rental is available for your convenience by calling the office or going to U-Haul.com.
Are climate-controlled units available?
->Yes, climate-controlled storage is available at Storage Zone. They keep your items both cool and dry all year round.
Is your facility manned?
->It is. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM, Sat 9AM-1PM. Our cameras are recording 24/7
Do your units have power?
->Yes, power is available in our units with an additional fee.
